How to Become a Certified Fitness Trainer
So how do you go about in getting certified and become a certified fitness trainer, and what are the costs involved?
1) Firstly, you will need to get a Standard First Aid with AED certificate from an Accredited SFA Training Centre and here are the details:

2) Next, you have to successfully complete the Basic Exercise Science (BES) theory examination and here are the course details (from one of the service providers):
