950K HDB Households to Get Financial Help for Utilities
According to the Ministry of Finance (MOF), in July 2024, more than 950,000 HDB households will receive U-Save and S&CC subsidies.

Eligible residents in 1- and 2-room flats will see their utility bills covered for about 8 months.
Those living in 3- and 4-room flats will receive about 4 months’ coverage of utility bills.
