IN SIMPLE TERMS
A famous singer is coming back to perform in Singapore after 11 years, and so many people want tickets that the organisers added extra concert dates. Tickets cost between S$148 and S$328, and some people can buy them early if they have certain credit cards or loyalty memberships.
WHY IT MATTERS
The rapid sell-out demonstrates the performer's sustained popularity and influence in the region despite an 11-year gap since her last local show.
Fans need to act quickly during presale windows or at general sale opening to secure tickets before another sell-out occurs.
The concert expansion shows strong demand for live music experiences among Singapore audiences and reflects the vibrant local entertainment market.
Multiple show dates now offer more opportunities for fans to attend, reducing the chance of complete unavailability.
WHERE DO YOU STAND?
Should concert organisers add even more shows if demand continues, or do four shows provide enough access?
